In 2023 Caliba joined Argon & Co, the global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation. Together we have become market leaders in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ_ with consultants and offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.

Caliba was founded in 2011 as a procurement consultancy firm with our office located in Brisbane, Australia.

We specialise in assisting organisations in the Heavy Industry and Healthcare sectors to reduce costs through better procurement. We have deep content knowledge in these sectors, which enables us to speak our client’s language, quickly build rapport with key stakeholders, and identify immediate cost reduction opportunities.
