The client had recently completed a restructure and transformation of their business from asset-based procurement to region based procurement. As a result of this restructure, new policies and procedures were introduced along with a number of new team structures and people.

During the transition to the new structure, Caliba was able to provide coaching and mentoring to new team members to assist in the implementation of new processes, specifically procurement and stakeholder management.
Outcome
Caliba was engaged to provide not only practical assistance but also to assist with the coaching and mentoring of team members in the new process. A large number of individuals were new in their roles and required assistance in resolving conflict and stakeholder management.
