Caliba was founded in 2011 as a procurement consultancy firm with our office located in Brisbane, Australia.

We specialise in assisting organisations in the Heavy Industry and Healthcare sectors to reduce costs through better procurement. We have deep content knowledge in these sectors, which enables us to speak our client’s language, quickly build rapport with key stakeholders, and identify immediate cost reduction opportunities.

We differentiate ourselves from other procurement advisory firms, in that we provide practical cost reduction solutions, and then help organisations to implement the solutions. We work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure the cost reductions hit their bottom line.

We also work with companies that are in financial stress to accelerate profit improvement by reducing operating costs quickly.

In 2023 Caliba joined Argon & Co, the global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation. Together we have become market leaders in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) with consultants and offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland.
